For Briggs Nursery, our newly built 51,000 sq. ft. automated greenhouse and the addition of Parsource's 130 electronic ballast, high pressure sodium lights have proven to be a winning combination. Because these lights are electronic, they do away with the inner components that can fail with magetic lights. Now, we no longer have to troubleshoot a problem; only the bulb can fail. In addition the Parsource lights weigh much less than the old magnetic style, making handling and installation easier, saving us a tremendous amount of labor-time and frustration. Parsource is "customer responsive" and if a light should fail they are very prompt in sending a replacement. I rate them as "excellent" in the area of customer service.
